Forms Report

The Forms report allows you to generate reports on custom form results generated using the WineDirect Form Builder. Please see the Form Builder Documentation for more information on this Form Builder tool.
This report will allow you to generate a notification on all responses received for a specific form between a particular date range. This report includes the form's submission date, personal information, and question responses. The information in this report will vary depending on which state you are running the news on, as it displays only the fields for the record selected.

The report will export in. CSV format.
The report columns and view will differ depending on the type of form selected.
