Payment of Funds
On the winery's behalf, an escrow account will be used to collect the total order values upon completion of the sale. Then fees are paid out to the partners and WineDirect/WineDirect regularly.
Distribution Reports
A Distribution Report will be provided to the contact email detailing the amount a winery will receive from sales and the fees paid to the partners and WineDirect/WineDirect. In addition to the high-level payment summary, the report will contain the order history for your records.
Canceled orders are the order item lines originally placed and eventually canceled through the proper methods.
Refunded orders will show as the inverse (negative) of the original order item line that is still labeled as shipped.
