Daily Activity Report

This report allows you to mimic words from traditional POS systems. This report displays Sales Overview, Sales By Order Type, Sales By Tender Type, Order Summary, Sales By Brand, Sales By Department, Sales By SKU, Club Signups, and Club Cancellations.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting March 11, 2024, WineDirect will have revised how custom taxes are displayed in this report.
- If there are orders WITH Custom taxes/CRV fee for the date range, regardless of whether the Custom taxes and CRV fee setting is checked or not, then the row for Custom taxes/CRV fee is displayed.
- If there are orders WITHOUT Custom taxes/CRV fee for the date range, regardless of whether the Custom taxes and CRV fee setting is checked or not, then the row for Custom taxes/CRV fee is not displayed.
We have several parameters you can use to get the most accurate Daily Activity report:
- From Date
- To Date
- Date Type
- Bundles
- Order Type
- Order Status
- Vendors
Reports are exported in a CSV format.
You can access the Daily Activity Report by navigating to Reports > Financial > Daily Activity Report
Here are the definitions of what will populate your Daily Activity Report:
| Date Range | The timeframe of sales from one specific date to another. |

| Sales Overview | The analysis of Gross Sales, discounts, and Net Sales. |
| Sales By Order Type | This section breaks down the deals based on the order types. |
| Sales By Tender Type | This section lets you view your sales based on the customer's payment type: Credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, etc.), Check, Gift Card, or Cash. |
| Order Summary | This section lets you view your sales summary between the chosen date ranges. Order summary lists the Number of Orders, Average Order Value, Number of Refunds, and Total Refunds. |
| Sales By Brand | This section lets you view your sales based on the brands your website carries. |
| Sales By Department | This section allows you to view your sales based on departments on your website. |
| Sales By SKU | This section allows you to view sales by SKU. SKUs will double if the product is sold at a different price. |
| Club Signups | This section lets you view members who signed up, the date, and the club they joined. |
| Club Cancellations | This section lets you view which members canceled, the cancellation date, and which club they removed themselves from. |
| Guest Count | Details the club, non-club, and total visitors to your restaurant if you are using POS Restaurant Features. |
